If you’re a size 14–16, try the tuck!

I don’t have much of a waist and I have a long torso, so leaving my sweaters out can make me feel a bit boxy.

A little tuck just changes the proportions and makes me feel more put together.

That’s it. Same body, same sweater, just styled differently.

And yes, that lipstick really doesn’t come off 😂

I felt a bit silly picking up my camera and talking to it in this moment. Now I don’t 🥹

I shared these ramblings on my Stories last night, and my inbox filled up with messages from women saying me too. That they felt seen. That they’d felt exactly the same way 🥺

So that’s why I’m sharing it here.

Not because I particularly want to announce to the internet that I felt lonely 😂 but because if that many women saw themselves in what I said, maybe someone else needs to hear it too.

Feeling lonely sometimes doesn’t mean you have a lonely life.

I have beautiful people in my life. I genuinely had SUCH a good day. I danced, I laughed, my cup was full — and there were still moments where I looked around at everyone with their friends or their person and felt really alone.

Both things can be true.

And this isn’t just about being single. Being in a relationship doesn’t automatically mean you never feel lonely, just like being single doesn’t automatically mean you are lonely.

Sometimes loneliness just… shows up.

And maybe there’s a little comfort in knowing that when it does, you’re not the only one feeling it ❤️

So if you needed to hear that today — me too. xx
