What a few months it’s been! 🤍🐴
From treating horses at the NCHA Futurity in Tamworth, to another 10 amazing days at the Darling Downs Futurity in Dalby, plus a few smaller shows in between, it’s certainly been a busy season!
In between showing my own horse, fitting in my regular weekly clients, and helping prepare horses for endurance rides, campdrafting, eventing, and cutting, it’s been non-stop—but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I honestly can’t thank every single owner enough for trusting me with your horses. Your support means more than you’ll ever know, and I’m so grateful to play a small part in each horse’s journey. Seeing the results, watching horses feel and perform at their best, and celebrating your achievements alongside you is exactly why I love what I do.
A huge thank you also goes to my mum for everything she’s done to help with Kobe while I’ve been away. I couldn’t do what I do without her support, and I’m so incredibly grateful.
If someone had told me a few years ago that this would be my life, I never would have believed them. Building Revital Equine, travelling to major events, meeting so many amazing people and horses, and being trusted with their care has been more than I ever imagined. I truly wouldn’t change it for the world. 💙

At Revital Equine, we offer two therapies that work hand in hand to help horses perform and recover at their best.
Cryo Therapy uses targeted cold therapy to reduce inflammation, relieve pain and speed up recovery. It’s fantastic for tendon and ligament injuries, muscle soreness, arthritis and post-exercise recovery, making it a great option for both competition horses and those coming back from injury.
Medkey works differently. It helps identify areas of dysfunction within the body and stimulates the horse’s own healing response. It’s ideal for muscle soreness, back pain, nerve-related issues, poor performance and chronic injuries, helping restore balance, mobility and overall function.
Whether your horse is competing at a high level, returning from injury or simply needs maintenance to stay feeling its best, we tailor every treatment to the individual horse.

I treat this little cutting mare occasionally. She usually presents well, with no obvious issues, soreness or performance concerns. A session with the MedKey identified a few minor dysfunctions, which isn’t uncommon in competition horses that are training, travelling and working regularly.
What I find interesting is watching the body’s response during and after treatment. Areas that initially felt firm and tight became noticeably softer, more relaxed and fluid through the muscles and tissues by the end of the session.
It’s not about finding problems where there aren’t any, it’s about supporting the horse’s body to function at its best and helping maintain comfort, recovery and performance.
Every horse is different, but seeing them relax and release tension is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

During treatment, the Medkey device can help identify areas of dysfunction, tension, or irritation within the body. One common area we often find issues is at the base of the neck.
The base of the neck is a critical junction where nerves travel from the spinal cord to the shoulders, forelimbs, and surrounding muscles. When there is dysfunction in this area, it can contribute to stiffness, reduced range of motion, compensation patterns, and changes in performance.
The Medkey works by delivering electro-pulse impulses that stimulate the nervous system. These signals are detected by the body’s sensory receptors and communicated through the nervous system to the brain. The brain then processes this information and can help regulate muscle function, circulation, and the body’s natural healing responses.
