3. Swatch lipsticks, if it glides on paper its good, if it has crumbs, or it crumbles, bin it.
4. 1 lipstick - 1 person , If it has been used by another person BIN IT. Makeup Artists know this, but even if its just yours, don't use it straight onto someone else.
