Yeah I know it's the 9th, But that's kinda the point.
Because 8/8 isn't just about one date on a calendar.
It's the lead up when s**t starts stirring, the actual day when things can feel bloody intense and then cpmes the aftermath when you start making sense of what came up.
The emotions, the exhaustion, the clarity, the releases and the things suddenly hitting differently,Sometimes we don't even realise we're shifting until we're already on the other side of it.
So if this last week or weekend has felt a little f**king messy, weird, heavy, emotional or powerful...
Maybe don't rush past it.
And as I say from my life lived experiences just Sit with it, feel it, release it what you're done carrying let it go and realign with what actually feels right you.

Then keep moving forward 🔥

Something has really hit me lately.
People find me in so many different ways, through Reiki, distance healing, massage, my book, my words, a message, a phone call or sometimes just a conversation that starts with
"I don't know why I'm telling you this but, and then it flows from there.
I fu***ng love that, because presence isn't only about being face-to-face, sometimes it's simply feeling safe enough to speak and knowing someone is really listening.
Tonight's new moon is about new beginnings, growth and starting a new cycle, but healing isn't just about what we do under one moon, it's everything we fu***ng live through in between and with every phase, every sunrise, every sunset, the messy, the raw, the real, the moments that bend us, shake us, grow us and show us our own strength.
I'm a energy worker, a healer and I'm still healing too, because healing is never really over,
