Today we're talking about contour! Good contouring is all about product choice, placement, and blending. No harsh lines or stripes!
Contour should look like your face, just more defined.
🌶️DON’TS🌶️
Don’t take contour too low on the face.
Don’t take contour across the nose.
Don’t use too much product.
🫶DO’S🫶
Do apply contour just under your cheekbone.
Do apply contour down the sides of the nose if the nose is straight and balanced.
Do use contour cream sparingly and blend well.

It's somewhat mortifying as a makeup artist to do some of these things deliberately, but it's all in the name of education!

Don’t use a shade darker than your eyebrows.
Don’t fill in under the eyebrow too heavily.
Don’t make the beginning of the eyebrow too square.
✅DO’S✅
Do use a shade slightly lighter than your eyebrows.
Do fill slightly above the brow to shape it if needed.
Do lightly fill in the beginning of the eyebrow for a soft look.
