Let us introduce you to our signature treatment.
Backed by neuroscience, neuroplasticity and brain coaching qualifications, you can be guaranteed that this session will do exactly what it’s been crafted to do.

Utilising heat, manual lymphatic drainage and myofascial work, among other modalities, this treatment has been designed to soothe, calm and regulate even the most overactive minds and nervous systems.

For the month of September (yes, it’s almost September 🤮) we have bundled this treatment, with a rejuvenation session in our Dopamine room. This is the gold standard in giving back to your body.

It’ll comprise of a 1.5hr nervous system regulation treatment and a half hour magnesium spa, sauna and ice bath session, along with a hand crafted herbal tea from our gorgeous naturopath Kerrie, that’ll give your body a chance to reconnect with your brain and your system a chance to slow down and regroup ♥️♥️
