With the cold and flu season, comes a timely reminder regarding our cancellations and no shows policy. We don’t love talking business but this one is important.

You know we love ya’ll and we always do what we can to remain flexible and show understanding by rescheduling and helping where we can.
Respectfully, we will however send you the bill if you don’t show or give us the heads up with enough notice for us to fill the sessions. It’s written into the T’s & C’s and we must stand by it. We’d love to say we can afford to take the hit but it’s just not feasible or fair.

Yes it’s 100% of the fee if you don’t show for your sessions, no matter how sick, busy, tired or overstimulated you are. We still have a business to run and practitioners to pay. If we don’t pay them, we lose them and that’s not ok.

We are grateful for your support and understanding on this and although it very rarely ever happens, it’s worth a mention at this time of year. 😘
