This is exactly why we exist. Men’s Mental Health Month is a reminder that strength isn’t silence — it’s showing up, opening up, and asking for help. Check on your people this June. 🧡

Pass the mic. 🎤

Prior to the morning kickoff, members nominate another man to step up and share his Why. Why is he showing up? What is he driving towards? What keeps him moving forward? No scripts. No egos. Just raw, honest purpose before the work begins.

⏰ 6: 00 AM | Optional 4x4
⏰ 6:45 AM | Arrival
⏰ 6:50 AM | Main Session Starts. Chat, breathwork, movement, ice bath and cafe.

Sunday Session — 31 May

This Sunday we gather again to do the simple, hard things together — No bravado, just presence. You leave clearer than you arrived.

Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, there’s a place for you at the park.

Arrive with an open mind, and the version of yourself that’s ready to show up.

Last night the boys went through a 3hr workshop on Purpose.

Your mental health depends on it: purpose.

When your life is aligned with your mission, you act with integrity. When you’re moving toward something meaningful, depression loses its grip. When you lean into growth instead of comfort, anxiety becomes fuel.

Purpose isn’t luxury. It’s essential.

Stop waiting. Choose your direction today.

Thank you for the space.

The lads turned it up today. Rain, fog, and all.

What an honour it is to see them take their mental, physical and social health seriously. This is Sunday’s work. Connection, community, and the realisation that showing up—especially when conditions aren’t ideal—is what builds something real.
