The two most important things in my salon are our clients and our team.

After years of working across different salons around Australia, I always knew that one day I would build a space of my own, and more importantly, the kind of workplace I always wished I had.

I have learnt what to do, what not to do, what actually works, and what absolutely doesn’t.

I respect my team’s time, effort, and growth, and in return we have built something really rare. I am big on work life balance! I fully understand and support that my girls have lives outside of work, and that rest, boundaries, and real life always comes first.

I am incredibly grateful for my girls, who bring their talent, energy and heart to what we do every day, and for our clients who continue to trust and support us. None of this exists without both.
