I have almost completed another Mindvalley course. The course is called Be Extraordinary. This quote came from one of the latest lessons I completed and it felt so true of where I am at at the moment. I am committed to my next steps and can’t wait for where this journey will take me.

Such a rush going upside down at on the pole again. How I missed this. Got to break in my new shorts from too. They are so super comfy! Riveols have some wicked sales so keep your eyes peeled for them. 😍

I just love trying new recipes with my products. Now that I have a portable blender, it’s so much easier to whip up a tasty drink for lunch that contains lots of vitamins and minerals. 😍

When I first moved to the country I originally thought about all the creature comforts I’d be missing out on - like good internet, shops that are always open even on Sundays etc. Now I couldn’t be more grateful for my wide open spaces and the fact that I could finally go on my Whale watching tour mum and my aunty bought me for Christmas almost two years ago! The weather was amazing and so tranquil. It was also nice to get out with just my youngest brother. Thank you to the crew from

I finally got to recreate Tahlia’s favourite smoothie - the Chocolate Banana. Thanks to my new blendjet blender it came out with the perfect consistency as well.
