Something a bit different for Hampton Botanic this weekend…I’ll be at the ANZAC Week Airshow!! It’s an epic event & I’m really pumped to showcase my locally-made products. Things I’m loving about it before it’s even started:
1) We got to set up the day before. Anyone who knows me at all knows I hate early mornings, & knowing that I only have to set up half my stuff in the morn is a massive boon.
2) The organisation has been superb, we were sent all info well in advance, the bump-in process was very clear, and the organiser was on site and very friendly & helpful.
3) The view!!! The expanse of sky, the planes buzzing off in the distance - and the planes parked directly opposite me! It was impossible not to get immediately excited as I drove in to set up.
4) This wind would have terrified me once upon a time, but at this stage of the game my little pink gazebo & I have been through ALL sorts of conditions together - and we’re both still standing, albeit a little crooked & held together with Velcro 🫠. My faith that it will all be ok may be totally naive but I’m proud of it nonetheless!!
Bring on the weekend, bring on the airshow, and bring on my extra hour of sleep tomorrow morning 😁✈️🛩️

Hey friendly people, customer-types and family - which let’s face it is most of you - if you’ve ever purchased or tried my products, could you please leave me a review? Just here on the fb page would be grand please, until I figure out how to also put them on my website.
Thank yooooouuu!!! Pic of Marshall’s adorable back feet (with tail for modesty) for in-kind payment 😁

I’ve been hibernating for the winter - I haven’t exhibited in months!! I’m blowing out the dust & cobwebs, stretching my creaky limbs & warming up my voice, ready to be with my community again. I love these expos, the stallholders & attendees all come with such amazing vibes & intentions, & I always leave exhausted but so fulfilled. I’m looking forward to chatting with familiar folk & meeting lovely new ones.
Please make sure you come to say hello, I will have my low-tox soy candles made with only natural fragrances (no headaches, sinus pain, or other gross symptoms that regular synthetic fragrances can invoke), my organic skincare handmade in my Maffra lab, as well as my best-selling aromatherapy rollers, baby balm - and a great selection of wax melt warmers, which make awesome Xmas pressies! (too soon? For me, yes, but not for the highly organised people 😁). They come with free packs of your choice of wax melts too for the complete gifting experience 👌
See you Sunday!! xx
