Today I received this beautiful letter from a client whose child comes to see me for Kinesiology, and it honestly stopped me in my tracks.

Reading the words of a child describing how safe, loved and supported they feel is such a powerful reminder of why I do this work. But beyond that, what an incredible gift this letter is for their mum too — a reflection of the love, care, support and emotional safety she provides every single day.

Sometimes the biggest shifts happen quietly — through connection, emotional support, nervous system regulation, feeling seen, and creating a safe space for children to process what they’re carrying.

Kinesiology is so much more than people often realise. Seeing the impact it can have on a child and their family is something I never take for granted.

I genuinely love the work I do and feel incredibly grateful to be trusted with supporting people through their healing journey. Messages like this mean more than words can explain 🤍
