As we step into 2026, we want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who supported us over the past year. It has been a wonderful privelege to be a part of your well being and self care team.

2025 brought growth, learning, and so many meaningful connections!

💚We had our first full year working from the home clinic and wow! it has been busy and fulfilling!!

💆‍♀️We have had fantastic results in clinic and wonderful feedback from clients including personal bests in sporting and gym endevours, and keeping pain at bay for my chronic pain gang.

🙌In July I made my first ever business trip, second time ever abroad and was able to take my hubby and eldest son along for Therapist training and retreat in Bali!!! I met some wonderful, incredible and inspiring therapists from all over Australia and came back with even more passion for what I do! And ideas for further growth for 2026!

🥰Hubby has been working behind the scenes on creating an app for me to make small business even more seamless 🫶

We’re heading into 2026 feeling grateful, inspired, and excited for what’s ahead! New clinic hours with more availability and days are currently being worked on so stay tuned for updates there!!

Here’s to a new year filled with fresh opportunities, continued connection, and great things to come. 💙💚

It was both a weekend of professional development/ continued education AND a self care retreat for a great bunch of remedial and myo therapists from around Australia 🙌🏼
