Each week we cover different topics and areas of the body to massage the infant/child confidently.

Topics and Learning outcomes will be as follows:

· Introduction

· What oils to use

· Permission sequence

· Contraindications

· Strokes for the legs and buttocks

· Parent relaxation

🌼 Week 2:

· Introduction

· Benefits of massage

· Infant body language

· Daily cycle

· Bonding

· Strokes for abdomen and chest

· Touch relaxation



🌼 Week 3:

· Introduction

· Massage for older children

· Stokes for the face, arms and back

· Colic, wind and constipation strokes and discussion

· Introduction

· Lymphatic exercises

· Stroke review

· Questions, thankyou and evaluation.
