The PB's are rolling in. My crew has just wrapped up their second round of a 12-week program, and the progress they've made is impressive. With each week, they've seen slight increases in weight, and their hard work is paying off. I pushed them to their limits in the final week, and they responded with remarkable weight increases of 70% to 200%. I'm proud to be a part of their journey, as they continue to discover their strength and potential. Every lady achieved new PB's this week, and I'm looking forward to our next 12-week program starting in January. Let's keep pushing the boundaries.

Well, we just rocked another 55 km this morning. So, that's 110 km in two days - I'm basically a cycling rockstar or something. 😂😂😂
I was stoked with our time, shaving off 2 minutes from yesterday, and it was even windier.
My legs were all like 'what's going on' for the first 15-20 km.
My butt complained all the way round. 😩
But the more I'm in the saddle, the bum will harden up.
Let's keep this good weather going. 😂😩

Your body isn’t on a countdown, and your power isn’t running out.
Most people don’t get weaker because of age they get weaker because they stopped challenging themselves.

You didn’t.
You chose to show up.
You chose to move.
You chose to grow.

Let them watch.
Let them question.
Let them rethink everything they believed about aging and strength.
You are not preserving youth.
You are building a legacy of power, discipline and self-respect.

They’re going to notice.

Well what a day these two ladies smashed there PB’s today.
Mel pushing hard after two weeks away, but only a newbie to the gym. And only her second session on a trap bar and did 60kg pretty easily. 👏🏻💪🏻
Love your determination and drive Mel.

Naomi also after some time off from a shoulder injury. But Naomi has come back with all her normal energy and strength.
Plus a little bit more determination.
95 kg and made it look easy.
Not bad considering about a month since last lift. 😳
Very impressed with these ladies.
No holding them back. Both on a mission and the proof in their workouts.
Keep pushing ladies. 🫶🫶

Ok I haven’t been lazy. 🚴🏻‍♀️
Just this weather has really clipped my wings.
I have been doing indoor trainers for about 6 weeks. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
Can’t wait to get back on the road.
But I will feel the difference in my cardio fitness, that might be a problem.
I have been hitting the gym 4 days a week instead.
So building strength. 🦵🏼🦵🏼
Which I hope shows on the bike once I get out there.

I haven’t posted lately as been to wet or windy to go out for a ride. 🤭
But have been on the trainers, so finding ways to keep moving. There are always some way’s we can move our bodies.
My week usually entails
3 weight sessions
1-2 rides a week.
Plus the
2km walk with the dog a day.
Keep moving never stop.
Stop moving the body will let you know.
Suddenly feel the joints are sore or tight, energy levels are low, sleep is not as good as it use to be. My major tell tail sign is my mental health. 🤯
So please keep moving through this weather.

Trying hard to keep turning the pedals.
Over this cold weather and rain.
I know it’s winter, but it’s not helping my bike fitness. 😩
But trying my hardest to keep moving.
So one day out on the road and two on my indoor trainers.
There is always ways to keep moving.

Well back on the bike after having two weekends off. And didn’t I feel it. 😳
Have done one ride in two weeks, and these past two rides been bloody harder than normal. 😫
So consistency is what we need, then I won’t feel like this. But in saying that having time down also is good for the body.
But maybe not two weeks in a row.
So good to be back on the bike.
Even if this morning was 4deg 🥶
So keep moving.
