My Gorgeous Michelle J. 🫶 came for her appointment this morning ready to be pampered, and ready for another BRUSH ON BUILDER set.
After the frightening week or so Michelle has had, I was glad to pamper her and let her have some relaxing time in the chair 🫶
We did CLEAR builder gel and Matte top coat and how Simple but Elegant and Sleek does this set look!
So on point! 👌

BOB for short, is a product that I consider is a bit stronger and gives some strength than a normal Gel Polish Manicure, but not as strong as Dip Powder or as strong or heavy like Acrylics.

My collection of 30 BOB colours are gorgeous shades of semi-sheer, jelly like translucent colours including 1 shimmer pink. I have soft and darker pinks, soft nudes and creams & whites.
There is definitely a colour to suit everyone, and you can also opt to have just clear builder gel and then have a normal gel polish colour(s) over the top for an added fee.

💅🏻 I will only be doing this on clients that do my “Dip Powder Sets” or “Dip Powder/Gel Polish Application COMBO sets” or “Soft Gel Extension sets” due to needing some nail length and strength. Sorry to my Gel Polish Manicure lovelies, I still love you though 😘

I think this will be super fun, super creative and super challenging all at the same time. Challenging part for ME that is! 😉😬

🌸3 CONDITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS🌸

1️⃣ I pick the inspo pic/designs ~
no changes can be made to actual designs, except for maybe base colour placement.

2️⃣ DISCOUNTED DESIGNS ~
NORMALLY WOULD BE $20.00
BUT NOW $10.00-$15.00 depending on the design etc, each design that I choose will have the price added to the picture. The price for design etc will be an added charge on top of your service you are having done at your appointment.

3️⃣ You will need to be willing ~
to have change of NAIL SHAPE or LENGTH if needed, I will be a little bit lenient on changing the shape and length.

For my beautiful regulars when you get your text message appointment reminder, and would like to do a “inspo pic by kezz 🙋🏻‍♀️” you will have to screenshot and include the picture in your message back when confirming your appointment, so I have a couple of days notice.
I WILL NOT DO INSPO PIC ON THE DAY OR NIGHT OF YOUR ACTUAL APPOINTMENT, IF I HAVE NOT BEEN NOTIFIED PRIOR!

You can do any inspo pic that is listed that you like at any time, it doesn’t have to be the pic on that particular week that it is posted.

NAIL PROBLEMS!

When nails suddenly start peeling, thinning, lifting, cracking, looking different, changing colour, or just refusing to behave, there are many causes that can contribute to this!

Let’s dive in shall we! ⬇️

MEDICATIONS 💊 can affect how the nail plate forms. They don’t damage nails directly, they change circulation, hydration, nutrient absorption, hormone balance, or cell turnover while the nail is growing. The tricky part is timing, nails grow slowly especially toe nails, changes caused by medication often don’t show up until weeks or even months later. That delay is why these issues are so often misattributed.

Your NAIL TECH 💅🏻 can be inexperienced! in Australia unfortunately there is no strict government legal requirement or official national license to work as a nail technician, HOW SAD IS THAT! 😞 However to be covered under insurances you need to have some kind of license/qualification in the nail industry so that’s a positive I guess!

Lack of AFTERCARE 💧🧴 at home can also be a big factor in nail problems. Nails that are in water a lot either doing dishes or gardening without gloves, picking at them, treating your nails as tools to open things etc, trauma from hitting/banging your nails, dehydration lack of daily hand cream and cuticle oil, and just lack of care in general can all contribute and cause nail problems.

It’s about understanding that nails are a living tissue and they reflect what’s happening internally and externally!

and I happen to have done this design already a week or so ago, on another one of my beautiful clients Cheryl, and Carol saw it and loved it and wanted to have a set done on herself, so that’s what we did tonight!
Carol absolutely loves squoval shape for all her sets so we stuck to that for this set to!

Obviously this post today comes as no surprise as I have mentioned with past updates about NEW TIMES COME JULY!

Also to make it fair on every client and their loyalty - with SATURDAY DAY requested times I have already had, these will be granted in order of how long a client has been with me ☺️
This also applies to my WEDNESDAY NIGHT 6:00pm time ☺️

🌸 MON-FRI ~ DAY 🌸
9:30am time is offered first if taken, then 2:30pm will be offered if taken,
then Saturday is offered.

🌸 WEDNESDAY ~ DAY/NIGHT 🌸
- 9:30am is offered first if taken,
then 6:00pm is offered if taken,
then Saturday is offered.

🌸 SATURDAYS ~ DAY 🌸
9:00am time is offered first,
then 12:00pm and then 3:00pm.
I WILL NOT BE DOING A 12:00pm or 3:00pm if the 9:00am time is available just because you want a sleep in, I’m trying my best to work new hours in and free up my week nights.
