You have had your appointment reminder message, which is a 5-6 years old kids are able to read and understand. I know sometimes, something can be happen unexpectedly but it is not hard to take 10 seconds to give us a call to let us know that you are not able to come or 2 seconds to reply "No" to your reminder message.

We have to work long hours, stay late, having less time for family, turn other people away to keep your appointments but you didn't show up. It is very difficult and stressful for a small business to be survived in this difficult economy so please respect other people because respect other people means YOU RESPECT YOURSELF.

Dear value customers. Hopefully everyone safe and there are not damage to any family homes. Due to the big storm, there are not power and signal in Medowie so we are unable to open as normal . For all the appointments already booked, we will try to fit you on next few days. I am really sorry for the inconveniences and wish your sympathy.

Dear .... It is very difficult time for me and my wife when we have to work about 70 hours/ week for the last 2 weeks and continue in the coming weeks. We are trying hard to do for customers and so difficult when we have to say "No" to many other people to keep your appointment . Many of them need the nails done before go on holiday or the nails get long and hurt or fixing so they need to be done.

It is very difficult for a small businesses to be survive . Physically is tired and mentally is stress. Everyone has to pay the bills and food need on the table.

SO I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT YOU NAME... BOOKED THEN NOT SHOWING UP EVEN YOU GOT THE REMINDER MESSAGE . NO REASONS, NO RESPOND FOR CALLS OR MESSAGES.?????
