-1 banana
- few pieces frozen mango
- coconut milk + water
-tablespoon vital greens

How to make Ndorani as a tea:
*Mix a quarter teaspoon of Ndorani in boiling water (approx 200ml) and add a squeeze of fresh lemon and tahdahhh!!
I find the lemon reduces the bitter taste, you can also spruce things up and add natural honey (but make sure the tea is warm not boiling as adding honey to boiling water kills the nutrients in honey) or you can add ginger or cinnamon
