There is so much build up that occurs on your eyelids and lash line on a day to day basis even if you are not wearing make up daily. Oils, dirt, debris, dead skill builds up on your lash line and even more so with lash extensions

More build up = breaking down of your lash glue

It’s recommended to wash your lashes with a lash shampoo twice daily for best results 🧼💛

Key things to note:

100% coverage is what all lash artists should strive for, and I explained to my client that the reason why her lashes look so full is because a) she naturally has a LOT of lashes and b) I lashed 100% of her lashes to ensure that she gets the most out of her set, retention wise and also $$ wise

I also explained that with time, as her natural lashes grow the extensions would also fall out and would make the lash set not look as fully. This was explained BEFORE offering to removing some lashes to reduce 100% coverage to about 90% coverage. And this is the option my client had chosen.

It doesn’t happen often, but when it does I always take 100% accountability if a client isn’t happy with their lashes and work with my client to achieve what they are looking for. I take your feedback on and use it as a learning experience ❤️
