This incredible stepped purple fluorite is pure character 😮‍💨💜

The structure on this piece is just unreal. Layered cubic growth creating that classic “stepped” formation, with deep inky purples through to softer translucent zones. You’ve got those sharp, blocky edges contrasted by areas of natural etching and texture, giving it that almost pixelated, architectural feel.

This one came to me through my connections at the gem club, part of a deceased estate collection. Unfortunately, it was missing its ID card, and as much as it pains me (because I love knowing locality and feel it’s very important for collectors to know), I don’t have a confirmed origin to pass on. I’ve asked around and opinions are mixed, which honestly makes it even more intriguing.

Golden rutile on hematite is pure contrast magic ✨
That molten gold threading through cool, mirror-like silver… it almost doesn’t feel real.

Warmth meets steel. Light meets shadow.
Soft, glowing rutile against the bold, grounding presence of hematite - a pairing that feels both powerful and impossibly elegant.

Nature really knew what they was doing with this one.
