Kylee won my first 3-day kickstart competition and she is so glad she did. She met with me for a wellness profile feeling tired, struggling with her digestive conditions, and generally unhappy with her health. As a busy Mum of 3, she knew she had to start looking after herself.β£

Kylee fell in love with our smoothies, energy teas, and the general vibe of the Club! Together we have worked on some of her long term health goalsβ¦ With a few minor tweaks to her routine, we found a simple plan that she could sustain.β£

So excited that I have the opportunity to run and host my first event alongside the Wyndham City Nutrition community that will make a difference in women's lives, which is close to my heart.
Our Power Women Project community is supporting the charity Share the Dignity, and in particular we are putting together a mum's and bubs bag to help those in need, may be experiencing homelessness or fleeing domestic violence.
Alongside this there will be a chance to experience and hear more about what our community does with the Power Women Project, try nutrition and participate in self-care rituals, as well as an opportunity to connect with beautiful women.
If you would like to be a part of this night, send me a message or if you wish to donate an essential item, please message me for a list of items that you can donate. We appreciate any form of contribution.
Can't wait to feel inspired to make a positive change for not only our community, but for women and girls across Australia.

Being a mum was a struggle...I had been attending the nutrition bars for quite some time before Skyla and loved that I could enjoy something healthy while catching up with family and friends.
After having Skyla, I wasnt in a place I wanted to be. I struggled to get out of bed, lacked energy, to put it simply being a mum was a huge battle for me in the beginning.
After coming out of hospital I was looking for places that made me feel better and could help me continue on my journey to being a better mum, wife and person.
I visited the smoothie bar, as I knew it was where I felt better and there was a challenge happening, so I decided why not? This could help me even further and if it doesn't well at least I'll have no regrets. I know I love a challenge.
To my surprise, Brad decided to jump on board as well as he loves a Lemon Lime Lifesaver (equivalent to an energy drink without the nasties). Having the support from all around me, really made me feel like I was becoming the mum I wanted to be.
Long story short, we both felt extremely better. What we did notice was no matter how much sleep we got, we could function way better on less sleep.
After the challenge I knew this was the community I wanted to be a part of...The GTC community.

Are you feeling sluggish?
Are you feeling unmotivated?
Are you feeling like everything is a constant effort?
4 months ago I was, too!! I wasn't who I wanted to be for my daughter and husband.
Over the past 4 months, I have committed to small changes daily, improved my nutrition, worked on better habits, with a coach, challenges and community support. I now consider myself a person with mental clarity who has a way to maintain a life long wellness with an opportunity to help others do the same.
What surprised me the most was that I didn't go to the gym or do a lot of exercise to get this result, it was mostly mindset, nutrition and accountability with my coach who I know is invested in my goals as much as me.
You can do this too!
There comes a time when "one day" turns into DAY ONE!
Our next 3 day kickstart, starts on Tuesday and I am ready when you are...Ask me how βΊοΈ

Mindful March πΈ
Happier Kinder Together
Let's pause, breathe and notice, so we can respond more mindfully.
One of the most satisfying feelings is the feeling of making progress. I'm looking at what is going to serve me in the long term, despite hiccups, trusting I will see progress.
Having a calendar for habits is a simple way to measure your progress by crossing off each day and looking back. It provides clear evidence of your progress.
If you miss a day that's okay, stick to the rule: don't miss twice. If you miss one day try to get back on as quickly as possible. We all know life happens and no one is perfect.
Remember you can change what you focus on and what aligns with your values to build who you want to be and feel.
After completing the 28 day challenge yesterday, this month I am being conscious of my mindset, daily habits and understanding myself by knowing where I am limiting my progress in my comfort zone.
