We helped tell the story of the Greenline project for BBC StoryWorks and the City of Melbourne — a campaign focused on sustainability, urban renewal, and rethinking how people move through public space.

Featuring an interview with Lord Mayor Sally Capp AO, this was a chance to bring journalism, strategy, and storycraft together — not just to show what’s happening, but why it matters.

Three years. One goal: safer worksites, from the ground up.
We’ve been working with Downer Rail & Transport to build out Our Safety Focus — a three-stage program designed to move safety culture from passive awareness to active ownership.

🚧 Year 1: Inform
Safety by choice, not by chance. Clear, accessible messaging that made the rules make sense — and stick.

🎥 Year 2: Engage
Stories with impact. We created narrative-driven video content featuring Downer’s own people — because safety hits harder when it’s told by someone who’s lived it.

🗣️ Year 3: Involve
From audience to authors. The ground team became the storytellers — submitting their own stories, insights, and examples of safety in action.
From top-down to on-the-ground, this has been about more than compliance — it’s about culture.
And it’s only getting stronger.
