How to clean your car after kids have absolutely DESTROYED it 😂🚗

If you’re a mum wondering how to get dirt, crumbs, sand and whatever else your kids have managed to grind into your car mats 😅 try this before you vacuum.

Take the car mats out and give them a good whack against something sturdy first. It knocks out a ridiculous amount of trapped dirt and debris, so when you go over them with the vacuum afterwards, cleaning your car mats is SO much easier.

One of those simple car cleaning hacks for mums that requires zero fancy products… and doubles as stress relief after a big week of parenting. 😂

Save this for the next time you’re tackling the family car!

Ryobi Australia works a treat!

New hair and I am OBSESSED 😍✨

If you’ve been thinking about getting hair extensions but you’re worried about them feeling heavy, hurting your scalp or being obvious… these are a game changer.

I’ve just had micro weft hair extensions installed by Blonde & Co and they are SO comfortable. No pulling, no pain, the wefts are virtually undetectable and the blend is absolutely seamless. 🙌🏼

They’ve given me the length and volume I wanted while still looking and feeling like my own hair — just a much lusher version. 😂🤌🏼

If you’re researching the best hair extensions, invisible hair extensions, micro weft extensions or natural-looking hair extensions, this is your sign to look into micro wefts. 👀

Safe to say I’m officially in my long-hair era. 💁🏼‍♀️✨ Well worth driving a few hours to get!

I paid $120 on eBay to buy back a piece of my childhood and honestly, the 90s nostalgia hit was worth every cent.

There’s something about finding the 90s toys you grew up with that unlocks memories you didn’t even know were still in there.

Please tell me I’m not the only millennial now using adult money to buy back their childhood.

What childhood toy would YOU buy again if you found it?

My child was a very welcomed surprise, and I love being a mum. What I wasn’t prepared for was everything that unfolded afterwards.

We talk about becoming a mum and motherhood like it’s all unconditional love, beautiful birth stories, supportive partners and a village rallying around you. And for some women, that genuinely is their experience. But it isn’t everyone’s.

Sometimes relationships end. Villages aren’t there. Your child barely sleeps and neither do you. You find yourself solo parenting a life you never imagined doing alone — while still loving your child more than anything.

As a solo mum, this isn’t me telling women not to have children. It’s the opposite. I think women considering motherhood deserve honest conversations about what becoming a parent can actually look like, without that honesty being mistaken for regretting your child.

It’s okay to want children. It’s okay not to want them. And it’s okay to want them, but not feel certain enough to have them.

Motherhood can be beautiful. But women deserve the whole conversation before deciding whether becoming a mum is the life they want. 🤍

To the mum who feels overwhelmed, exhausted or like she’s barely keeping her head above water right now… 🤍

Motherhood can be beautiful AND incredibly hard. You can love your children deeply and still struggle with the weight of being a mum.

If you’re experiencing mum burnout, feeling lonely in motherhood, carrying the mental load or simply wondering why everyone else seems to be coping better than you — this is your reminder that you don’t have to have it all together.

Check on your mum friends. Especially the strong ones. Sometimes they need a life jacket too. 🛟🤍

You’re doing so well, Mama. xx

Don’t forget - you can talk to your maternal health nurse about how you’re feeling and they may be able to guide you from there. ❤️ There is no prize for saying quiet.

ASOS haul — KEEP or RETURN? 👀🛍️

A very honest ASOS try-on haul from a mum who also creates UGC fashion and lifestyle content. Some are giving add to cart… others are going straight back 😂

Which ones are we keeping?

POV: mum lunch is just eating whatever your toddler leaves behind 😂

Half a banana, three rejected bites, a suspiciously soggy snack… suddenly it’s a meal. 🤌

Surely I’m not the only mum surviving on toddler leftovers?

Send this to a solo mum who needs the reminder 🤍

Being a solo mum, single mum or single parent does NOT mean you’re raising your child in a broken home.

Solo motherhood might look different to the family you once imagined, but different doesn’t mean broken.

There is love here. There is safety here. There is a family here. 🤍

So to every solo mum carrying the mental load, doing the parenting, building a home and wondering if she’s doing enough…

You’re doing a beautiful job, Mum. 🤍
