Lips usually heal up to 50% lighter. Once the colour settles naturally in around 4 weeks, we’ll do a touch-up to perfect and build the colour.

When I heard these words from a new client and looked at her eyelashes, I knew we were going to get a truly beautiful result and I couldn’t resist taking a before photo.

Originally, I wanted to create an About Me section, so I started searching for examples of my work from the very beginning, back in 2020 in St Petersburg. When I came across one of those videos, the memories came flooding back.

I’ve always had a strong sense of aesthetics. At the time, I was working in a beautiful designer office and getting paid miserable money. I had enough time to think about finding a side hustle, and I decided I might like to get certified as a brow artist, because through working with my psychologist, I realised it was something I could genuinely enjoy. She helped me understand that I had stopped doing anything artistic because I thought it wasn’t “serious enough.”

At first, I rented a chair in an area with the most beautiful architecture and started looking for models. I wanted to find photogenic faces. That’s sounds funny now, but back then it made perfect sense to me - I downloaded Tinder, and whenever I saw photogenic women, I messaged them and invited them to get their eyebrows done for free 😄🌸 Some of them actually became my clients.

The end. Next time I’ll do a better job and write a proper About Me section. I promise.
