Three pieces from Chromatic Immortals Vol.1 hang in this mid century inspired open plan living, kitchen and dining room space.
I love the way the bold colours of the collection play against the room’s rich earthy textures and colours. The striking Patagonia Gold quartzite benchtop adds an incredible layer of natural warmth. Original Helena Tyrell bubble lights from the 1960s sit like sculptural jewellery on the Woodchip & Magnolia ‘Enchanted Gardens Azure’ wallpaper.

Three pieces from my Chromatic Immortals Vol. 1 collection hanging in this mid century dining space.
The way the bold colours of the collection play against the room’s rich, earthy textures brings the whole mid-century vision to life. Every element here is so thoughtfully curated. From the classic 1960 Eva dining chairs by Niels Koefoed from Karakter, right down to the Nodi - Handwoven Rugs & Carpet rug anchoring the space.
The striking Patagonia Gold Quarzite bench top adds an incredible layer of natural warmth, especially as the light hits perfectly through the Mokum curtains from JAMES DUNLOP TEXTILES, while the gorgeous hand-blown pendants by HAUSLIGHTS tie the room together. It really is the perfect backdrop for my work.

Every collection starts with a quiet encounter. I really enjoyed sourcing subjects for my upcoming 14-piece collection. There is something profoundly still about these birds, but I’ve been working on a way to bring them back to life in a completely different light. Phase one is complete. ̇neartphotography
