Yesterday, I played basketball on my bad knee, and it was a little tender after I played most of the game. When I got home, I slathered it in castor oil and added an ice pack to my knee wrap. I woke up this morning with no pain or inflammation.
Was it the castor oil or the ice pack? I think it was a combination of both.
