Due to an increasing number of last minute cancellations and no-shows, I will now be strictly enforcing salon policies moving forward.

Please understand that appointment times are reserved especially for you, and late cancellations leave little to no opportunity to fill that spot as i dont have walk ins. As a small business, this has a significant impact.

POLICIES:
• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules
• Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows will require full payment before any future bookings are accepted
