Sometimes we get stuck into the trap of GO, GO, GO & it's great to feel driven, motivated and get things done as well as doing all the adventure activities, but at times all of this comes at a cost if we don't allow time for rest and rejuvenation.

This could mean a massage, stretching, reading, going for a walk in nature etc - the best way to fix a problem, is to fix it before it becomes a problem. So take that rest day, schedule in that massage and enjoy!
