This year I'm supporting the Waldorf school through our latest collaboration. The Massage Collective have been bringing seated massage to Adelaide Hills markets for years and this year we will finally make it to the Spring Fair. Come along and see us there. Sat Oct 25 10am-4pm. Those of you who have experienced this before will know to get in quick as our spots fill up fast. No pre booking, just come on the day and claim your spot.

Week 4 is for musculoskeletal injuries. Treating injuries early and getting body mechanics right can prevent an injury becoming a disorder.
