Can we talk about how hard it can be to say no?

Sometimes we say yes because we don’t want to disappoint someone.
We say yes because we’re worried they’ll be upset.
We say yes because we’re so used to putting everyone else first.

But saying no doesn’t make you a bad person.

You can love someone and still have boundaries.
You can be kind and still say no.
You can care about others and still protect your own time and energy.

And you don’t always need a long explanation.

Sometimes “No, I can’t” is enough.

So if you’ve been saying yes when you really want to say no, here’s your reminder:

You’re allowed to protect your time, your energy and your peace. ❤️

If someone came to your mind while watching this, share it with them. They might need this reminder today.

Looking for a lovely family day out near Melbourne? 🍒🌸

CherryHill Orchard has so much more than beautiful cherries! From the stunning white cherry blossom trees and live music to kids’ activities, face painting, food trucks and family picnics, there’s plenty to enjoy.

We also tried the cherry ice cream 🍦🍒 and checked out the cherry jam, cherry-flavoured drinks and cherry-based alcoholic drinks.

There’s even a free guided tour where you can learn more about the orchard and how cherries are grown.

Such a beautiful way to spend a day outdoors with family and friends!

Would you add CherryHill Orchard to your Melbourne day-trip list?

When was the last time you did something just because it made you happy?

Not because it was productive.
Not because someone needed you to.
Not because it had to lead to something.

Just because you enjoyed it. ❤️

As women, we can get so caught up in work, family, responsibilities and taking care of everyone else that we keep putting ourselves last.

And we tell ourselves:

“I’ll do it when I have time.”
“Maybe later.”
“It’s not important.”

But your happiness matters too.

It doesn’t always have to be something big. It could be getting dressed up for no reason, having a coffee by yourself, trying something new, meeting a friend, creating something, or simply taking an hour for yourself.

You don’t have to earn joy.

Make a little space for the things that make you feel like you again. ❤️

And if someone came to your mind while watching this, share it with them. They might need this reminder today.

Ganapati Bappa Morya! 🙏🌺

A beautiful Ganapati celebration filled with devotion, prayers, aarti and togetherness. 🪔❤️

We started with blessings at the temple, continued the celebrations at home with friends, took turns doing aarti and ended the day with a delicious festival food spread! 😋🍽️

So grateful for these simple moments of faith, friendship and togetherness.

May Lord Ganesha remove all obstacles and bless everyone with happiness, prosperity, peace and good health. 🙏✨

Ganapati Bappa Morya! ❤️

A little bit of India has arrived in Australia! 🇦🇺✨

BIBA has opened its very first store in Australia, and I had the opportunity to speak with the Managing Director at the launch.

I asked him 3 questions about the Australian launch, what customers can expect and what the future could look like for BIBA here.

It was lovely to see such a familiar Indian fashion brand making its way to Australia. 🇮🇳❤️

Would you be visiting BIBA Australia?

A little historic, a little aesthetic, a little modern… ✨

Harrow & Harvest Café is such a beautiful Melbourne find. What makes it even more special is that the space was originally a church dating back to 1890.

I love how the historic character has been beautifully blended with a modern café aesthetic — creating such a warm and Instagram-worthy space. 🤍

Definitely one to add to your Melbourne café list! ☕️📸

Would you visit this place?

When was the last time you actually stopped and looked at how far you’ve come?

We’re so often focused on what’s next…

The next goal.
The next milestone.
The next thing we need to fix.

And somewhere along the way, we forget to acknowledge everything we’ve already done.

Think about the person you were five or ten years ago.

There are probably things you have today that she once wished for.

Maybe your life doesn’t look exactly the way you imagined it would. That’s okay.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to be proud of how far you’ve come.

So today, instead of asking yourself, “What am I still missing?”

Ask yourself, “How far have I come?” ❤️

Because you’re doing better than you think.

If someone came to your mind while watching this, share it with them. They might need this reminder today. ❤️

How much of our life do we spend worrying about whether other people will approve of our choices?

Sometimes we say yes when we want to say no.
We stay quiet when we want to speak up.
We stop ourselves from doing things we enjoy because we’re worried about what someone might think.

But here’s the truth…

You can’t make everyone happy. And you don’t have to.

You are allowed to have your own choices, your own boundaries and your own life.

Maybe instead of asking, “Will everyone like this?” we can start asking:

“Does this feel right for me?” ❤️

Choosing yourself doesn’t make you selfish.

And if someone came to your mind while reading this, share it with them. They might need this reminder today. ❤️
