The “wellness industry” is currently giving me the ick 🫠

There’s no accountability, no one needs any type of education to profess that their product will cure you and the destruction to indigenous cultures, the environment and people to support the beast of an industry (that’s 4 x bigger than the pharmaceutical industry) is really gross.

Trends are stripping global supply encouraging undeclared “filler ingredients“ to be added causing harm to people trusting that what they are consuming is true 🤯
Over processing, isolating constituents, and moving away from whole ingredient remedies are become desired and the norm 😑 How ironic that an industry based on healing people is actually causing more harm than good.

So for me the line in the sand is clearly drawn ….

Integrity is the foundation of Heart and even though we’re small fish in a big pond it matters more than ever to remain strong in my belief that the slow way, the kind way and the better way will win in the end
