The answer is actually really simple.

For over 15 years, I’ve been lucky enough to build a career doing something I genuinely love 🫶

But the part I’ve always loved the most has never just been lashes, brows or beauty…

It’s watching people grow.

I’ve trained staff who arrived with little confidence and watched them become incredible therapists. I’ve helped women build careers, businesses and belief in themselves.

Now I get to do that on an even bigger scale.

Education to me isn’t about changing careers.
It’s about expanding one.

But now I also get to help beauty professionals gain nationally recognised qualifications, support salon owners, and give back to an industry that’s given me so much.

And honestly…

That feels pretty special. 🪩

I’m so excited to finally share one that’s been in the works behind the scenes…

I'm incredibly proud to be joining the team at The Nail and Beauty College (NABC), where I'll be supporting beauty professionals through nationally recognised training, traineeships and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

So… what does this actually mean?

🖤 If you’ve been working in the beauty industry for three or more years but have never gained your formal qualification, I can help guide you through the RPL process to have your existing skills recognised.

🖤 If you’re looking to start a career in beauty, I can help connect you with nationally recognised traineeship pathways that allow you to learn while you work.

🖤 If you’re a salon owner, I can work alongside you to help upskill your team, identify training opportunities and support your staff in gaining nationally recognised qualifications, all while continuing to work in your salon.

Education doesn’t have to mean stepping away from the industry. It can happen alongside your career, giving you the confidence and credentials to take the next step and go further.

And before anyone asks… I’m not going anywhere!

Lavish is still very much home. I’ll still be shaking s**t up in the salon with my super gorge team, seeing my regular clients and doing what I love each week. This chapter is simply an extension of that, allowing me to support our industry in a whole new way 🫶

Our beauty industry is filled with incredibly talented people, and I’m so excited to help more therapists and salon owners access the opportunities they deserve.
