Sunday reset, with a little secret 🤫

I've been building a program for the lead-up to Christmas, designed for busy women who don't want to spend January starting from scratch:
✔️ Short sessions that fit around work, kids and Christmas parties
✔️ Mobile PT in [area TBC] or online with regular check-ins
✔️ Yoga, Pilates, barre, boxing and HIIT options
✔️ A festive bonus or two 🎁

Full details drop soon. Want to hear first (and grab an early spot)? Comment or DM COUNT ME IN.

Be honest: does your training survive December?

My favourite thing in the whole Arbonne Holiday range? The 12 Days of Fizz advent calendar 🎄🫧

12 EnergyFizz sticks, including FIVE flavours you can only get in this set: Apple C***r, Black Currant, Cranberry, Mojito and Sparkling White Grape. (Mojito in December? Yes please.)

Here's my plan: one fizz, one short workout, every day for the 12 days before Christmas. I'm calling it 12 Days of Movement, and you might be invited… 👀

Quick note: each stick has 55 mg of caffeine from green tea and guarana (a bit less than a regular coffee). I swap mine for my second coffee in the morning. If caffeine affects your sleep, keep it to the morning.

DM me to order, or comment 🫧 and I'll send you the details.

8 weeks to Christmas. That’s 8 weeks of strength you can build, not lose 💪

Save this for the busy days: 3 moves, 3 rounds, 10 minutes. No gym required.

• Squat to calf raise x 12
• Incline push-up (bench or couch) x 10
• Reverse lunge x 8 each side

And if you’d like a bit more structure (and someone checking in on you) through the silly season, I’m launching something very soon. Comment COUNT ME IN for first access 👇

General information only. Modify as needed and check with your GP before starting a new program, especially with an existing injury or condition.

The Arbonne Holiday 2026 range has landed and I've been doing some very serious research (swatching) ✨

My picks for midlife skin:
🌟 Illuminating Bronzing Serum: a sheer glow instead of powder bronzer, which loves to settle into fine lines as skin gets drier through perimenopause
💄 Holiday Rouge Lip + Cheek Set: one colour for lips and cheeks, my go-to for straight-from-work Christmas drinks
🤲 Hand Care Ritual: serum, lotion and overnight cream. Gym, gardening and summer hand washing = my hands need this

Which one's going on your list? 👇

Shop with me via the link in bio, or DM me for current pricing.

Every year around now I hear it: "I'll get back into it in January." 🙋‍♀️

I get it. October to December is flat out. Work wind-down, school events, Christmas parties, the lot. But here's what the research tells us: strength fades once we stop training, and the longer the break, the more we lose (Bosquet et al., 2013). In midlife, that's muscle we really want to hang onto.

The good news? You don't need to go hard. A simple structure and someone checking in is often enough to hold your ground through the festive season.

I'm putting together something for my clients (old, current and new 👀) for the lead-up to Christmas. Mobile sessions, online options, check-ins, the works.

Comment or DM "COUNT ME IN" and you'll hear about it first. 💪

This week on the podcast I sat down with Dr Christina Enzmann (OB/GYN + Certified Menopause Practitioner) to unpack exactly why stress, metabolism, gut health and hormones can leave you feeling flat even when everything “checks out.” link in bio 🎧

I also broke it down further through my own pathology, training and yoga lens on the blog, link there too.

NEW EPISODE — Strong, Healthy & Glowing

This week I sat down with Dr Christina Enzmann, OB/GYN and Certified Menopause Practitioner, for a conversation every woman in her 40s, 50s and beyond needs on her playlist.

We got into:
What's actually happening in your body through perimenopause (and why "just wait it out" isn't good advice)
Protecting your bone and heart health for the decades ahead
How to walk into a GP appointment and actually get taken seriously
Why an individualised approach beats a one-size-fits-all plan every time

And of course, I asked her our signature closing question: what does strong, healthy and glowing mean to her?

Save this one for a friend who needs it too. Episode [EPISODE #] is live now, link in bio 🎧

*This episode shares general health information, not personalised medical advice. Please chat with your GP or a menopause-trained specialist about your own symptoms and options.*

Midlife skin changes: hormonal shifts bring dryness, thinning and less elasticity, so the heavy, matte, full-coverage routine that worked at 25 often sits in fine lines and looks flat by lunchtime. Skin-first, lighter layers and a bit of cream colour do far more for you now.

Here’s my everyday five:
1️⃣ Hydrate and prime (skin prep does half the work)
2️⃣ Sheer base, only where you need it
3️⃣ Cream blush, blended up onto the cheekbones
4️⃣ Brows and mascara to frame the eyes
5️⃣ A tinted lip balm and out the door

Want to learn yours? I’ve opened three ways to do it:
✨ The 5-Minute Face: virtual 1:1, 30 mins, personalised colour match and routine
✨ Glow Session: in person, 90 mins, just 6 spots
✨ Group Masterclass: live and virtual, open invite, demo plus Q&A

Dates and bookings: (link in bio) 💕

Products shown are from my own Arbonne routine as an Independent Consultant, not a paid placement.
