Finding ways to incorporate protein into every meal and snack is actually fun. My easy four ingredient chocolate mousse is definitely on repeat for the whole family!

+ 400g Cottage Cheese
+ 4 Tblsp Cocoa Powder
+ 4 Tblsp Maple Syrup
+ 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Optional: add in protein powder for added protein boost

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Place into glass jar and chill for at least an hour 🍫
