Today marks the biggest milestones of my career.

Many of you have been on this journey with me since 2022, when I completed my Masters. It hasn’t been a straightforward path—there have been challenges, setbacks, and moments that really tested me.

Alongside running my roles across aesthetics, primary healthcare, and education, I’ve continued to study, completing further postgraduate qualifications and constantly pushing myself to grow, learn, and expand my scope.

Today, all of that work has come full circle—I’m incredibly proud to share that I am now officially endorsed as a Nurse Practitioner.

These tiny dots post laser mean your treatment is working!

They’re called MENDS
(Microscopic Epidermal Necrotic Debris).

When laser energy breaks up pigment in the skin, those pigment fragments are pushed upward through the epidermis. Each dot is a small column of treated pigment rising to the surface. Over the next several days they will darken and naturally flake away as the skin renews itself, revealing clearer and more even skin tone.

MENDS commonly appear after treatments like:
• BBL
• Halo
• Halo TriBrid
• Moxi (what I had)
• other pigment-targeting lasers

They typically resolve within 3-7 days depending on the treatment intensity and each persons healing response.

You can watch every video and read every paper available, but nothing compares to true hands-on, face-to-face learning. The nuance, the dexterity and the depth of understanding — it’s simply invaluable.
