Skin quality doesn’t stop at the jawline.
When we think about skin ageing, we often focus on the face, but changes in collagen, elasticity, hydration and skin structure can happen across the body too.
The décolletage, upper arms, buttocks and hips can all experience changes in texture, laxity and overall skin quality.
A personalised consultation allows us to look at the bigger picture and consider what may be appropriate for your anatomy, skin quality, goals and medical history.
I never imagined I’d end up working as a cosmetic nurse.
But life has a funny way of leading you where you’re meant to be. Once I realised I could combine pharmacology, biology and psychology to help patients achieve meaningful results, improve their quality of life and feel more confident in themselves, I really fell in love with it.
And that’s still what I love most about what I do today. It’s never just about skin. It’s about how someone feels in themselves, too.

Motherhood isn’t a pause on ambition.
For me, it’s about embracing both. Being a mum while continuing to build a career and a business that I’m passionate about. One doesn’t have to come at the expense of the other, and I think it’s important to show that you can want both.
I want my daughter to grow up seeing that you can be a present mum while still pursuing the things that light you up.
The best advice I’ve been given? Outsource where you can.
You don’t have to do everything yourself. Whether it’s business, life or the little things in between, knowing when to bring in support can make all the difference. Your time and energy are valuable, so spend them where they matter most!!

You can be ambitious and still…
Prioritise your family.
Choose rest.
Turn down opportunities that don’t align.
Mute the opinions that don’t serve you.
Change your mind about what success looks like.
Being a business owner doesn’t mean your business gets every part of you.
You get to build a business that works around the life you actually want.
Please tell me I’m not the only one with a million tabs open in my brain…
I’ll rock up to work without my diary, forget my lunch and somehow forget everything I needed for myself.
But my daughter? Always fed, always organised, always got what she needs. 😂
Mum brain is a very real thing.
If you’re also flailing through life with 47 tabs open, just know you’re not alone.
One thing I’ll always do? Invest in the right tools.
Because the more we can see, the more informed our approach can be.
Our imaging system allows us to look beyond what’s visible on the surface, giving us a closer look at things like blood vessels, pigmentation and other changes beneath the skin.
It’s another layer of information that helps us assess your skin properly and make more considered treatment decisions.
“Once you’ve had aesthetic treatments, you can’t have a facelift.”
Not true.
Many women considering a facelift have had injectables, Fraxel, CO₂ laser or other skin treatments beforehand.
Previous treatments don’t automatically rule out surgery. It’s about being sensible with what you have done and allowing the right amount of time before a facelift.
It’s all about knowing what to do, when to do it and working with practitioners who understand the bigger picture.
