The last few months for me have been hectic and there has been a fair amount of late nights and alcohol involved too 🫠
Just in the last week or so after cutting my alcohol intake and eating more healthy 🥗, I have noticed a huge change in my skin. It’s even the time of the month 🩸 for me and still no break outs whatsoever!!
This just proves that gut health is a major player in your skin health. I have no makeup on in this photo just day cream and .official spf and no camera filters have been used! This is just my natural skin doing its thing, now that I have been looking after it better.

Hair soooo long I couldn’t post it square on Instagram 😂
I created a tighter wave using my Marcel wand and brushed it out with my stroke me comb and finishing off with some desert dry texture spray to create a loose textured boho wave 🖤

Pro tip for you: Don’t wipe the mascara off straight away. Let it dry then use a cotton bud to remove it.
This prevents smudging and smearing and looking like a panda 🐼 😉

Well it’s been a hot minute!!! But I am back in Australia 🇦🇺 and I am ready to paint some faces and get the heat tools plugged in to style some luscious locks!
I would just like to thank everyone for being so amazing, patient and supportive whilst I’ve been away the last 3 months spending some much needed time with my family in the UK 🇬🇧 this is why I love what I do, not just because I love doing hair and makeup but for the beautiful friendships and connections I have made along the way that make the difficult times much more bearable.
