I didn't taken many pictures this week- this may well be the only one 🤷🏽‍♀️

This was our Thursday morning, quite the treat for our girls.
The man has been down for the past week from a house reno incident, he's safe in bed resting his back a while longer.

I had jumped in the van to continue with the icecream 🍦 events booked, had my very own special helper- who demanded to be paid in lollies 🤣🤣 she didn’t succeed.

I've got 2 very exciting delivery demos to fit in over the next few days, as well as my market spot tomorrow night at Steel Tree Park Baldivis.
I'm so looking forward to this, if you're in the area and fancy popping down to say hi I'll be there from 5-8pm 😍

A little glimpse into our week 🤍

It’s been a big one over here…
✨️ School holidays for Miss 6 & 13.
✨️ Home Reno's which included emptying, relocating fish & smashing up the pond.
✨ I’ve stepped into a new job that genuinely feels like it was made for me
✨ We’ve been in the kitchen creating simple, nourishing meals
✨️ Supporting our community of Family run business- a sneaky morning Acai bowl breaky at our local beach, thanks to the crew behind - Marj, Marty & their babes are such a treat.
✨ And I’ve had the joy of introducing more beautiful women to the Thermomix.

(aka my little mum-hack for adding extra goodness without extra effort)
Paired with Korean Fried Chicken (made with thigh — highly recommend 😍)

These went down a damn treat!

I made 3 batches this last week, we went to a friends for lunch and took a few with us.
Gifted a few to our neighbours & took some to a fam gathering on Easter Sunday.
We ate our fair share at home between 🥰

I'll just be over here... making bread and Pastry.

It was my first go at Spelt Flour Pastry and I freaking nailed it!

Tastes amazing, and bonus i accidentally bought the wrong flour- so this will get used up- made in bulk, prepped and frozen for later me who doesn't need to go to the shops to buy pastry!
