SKIN PREP! As you noticed I’ve been running master classes in russian about the makeup for the last couple of weeks😃 and I found a lot of people are confused with primers, what are they for, how to use them and how to choose the right one. Soooo, here are some of my favorite products I have in my kit. I guess the most important things when choosing a primer is to know what is your skin type, what are your skin concerns and what look you want to create. For the OILY or TEXTURED skin my favorite primers are: . ❤️Hourglass Veil Primer - you just need a tiny amount for all over the face, helps you to smooth the skin, even out your skin tone and makes your makeup more long wearing! ❤️Laura Mercier Blurring Primer- I was very stingy to buy Hourglass primer, so I decided to try this one😃 and I really like it! Pretty much does the same thing, but also is silicon free! ❤️ MAC Skin Base Visage - smiths your skin, controls the oil but also helps you to create luminous skin👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 ❤️Smashbox Photo Finish - this one didn’t work on me, but I know a lot of people really like it. Saying that, always get a sample before you buy a product, remember everyone’s skin is different! Something that suits your friend might not suit you at all! . . Primers for DRY skin: ❤️Laura Mercier Hydrating Prmer ❤️MAC Moisture Infusion ❤️NARS Radiance Primer - this one is probably my favorite especially if you are using their foundations. It does a little bit of everything! Hydrates, smooths and helps you to create luminous skin😍 BTW when choosing a primer it’s not a bad idea to go for the same brand as you foundation👌🏻 as most of the times it works perfectly! . . If you have a COMBINATION skin you can use two different primers, hydrating on the dry areas and smoothing or mattifying primers on the T zone. . . ILLUMINATING primers: ❤️NARS Or**sm or any of their limited edition illuminators, all them are magic🤩 ❤️MAC Strobe Cream- this one comes in different shades which helps you to even out the skin or just create desired glow. ❤️ MECCA MAX Liquid Light - also comes in different shades to suit different skin tones. ➡️➡️➡️
