My famous strawberry and watermelon salad is back on the menu for our family Christmas.
It’s a perfect refreshing addition, because no one likes a boring garden salad.
Add some fresh, colourful and healthy vibes, easily!
All you need is:
Watermelon 🍉
Strawberries 🍓
Feta 🧀 (crump it)
Honey 🍯 (drizzle)
Fresh Lime 🍋‍🟩 (squeeze)
Fresh Mint 🍃
Salt n Pepper (optional)

My top tips:
- chill ingredients before you start cutting up
- Add the feta cheese and salad dressing (lime, honey or balsamic dressing) only when ready for serving, this way it will taste best and most refreshing without excess liquid from the fruits.
