Our highly trained and dedicated staff provide quality hair service set in a contemporary and welcoming salon. We invite you to join our wonderful clientele and experience a friendly environment with a focus on individual care and attention to detail. Owner/Manager, Narelle Aitken has been a hairdresser for 30 years and has extensive knowledge and training in all aspects within the hair and beauty industry and has previously been a salon owner/operator in Geelong, Melbourne. She is committed to ever improving the quality of service that is already on offer at Lighthouse Hair Room and welcomes new and old clients to come in and experience the new and improved team and enviroment. We use and retail products including Mum, Eleven, K18 and Pure organics.
I have had a huge transition in my life.
For those that don’t know me well, I’m Narelle the owner of lighthouse hair room and I moved up from Melbourne last year. I had kept my family home down there, but after 18 months up here and falling in love with this little piece of paradise, the time had come to sell it.
I’m reflecting on so many things and have so many mixed emotions but my biggest thing is a grateful heart. So I want to say thank you for the beautiful girls who are working alongside me, the amazing clients that are becoming like family and the community that surround me and this gorgeous little space.
I’m so proud of this salon and how far it has come and I cannot wait to see what’s yet to come ❤️

Hairdressing has never been just a job to me, it’s in my blood. I truly believe it’s what I was put on this earth to do.
Every client who sits in my chair reminds me why I love what I do. Helping people feel confident, beautiful and happy is more than my career, it’s my passion, my purpose, and a privilege I’ll never take for granted.
