Larissa Wright The Wholistic Wellness Hub
The Wholistic Wellness Hub is focused on natural therapies that bring healing mind, body and spirit. Life is a series of experiences some good and some bad.
Hi there, I'm Larissa :) Wife, mum of four, child of God and avid YL essential oil user. I believe that health and wellness needs to encompass the whole person: body, mind, emotions and spiritual. My health has been upside down and all around the last few years, I've learned that when one area is out of balance then it all gets skewed. This is how the Wholistic wellness hub was created. I experience true wellness when my mind was challenged to transform, when i began to watch my physical self, when i asked for God's guidance and when I let go of emotional baggage. If you can do this i truly believe wellness is achievable :)
This is a hub of like minded women - a community of women striving for similar things, health, wellness, low tox, essential oils, all of these are part of our journey :)

Time for a massage? :)
It's always a good time right?
Fyi my latest blog is out. I'll pop the link in the comments.
Holidays are over and we all survived! Things are falling back into place. Life returns to normal. So much happening over here. I would love to connect with you if I haven't as yet πβ€οΈπ©· As we approach the crazy season I am trying to take stock of life and manage my energy. How about you?
π©·β€οΈππ
Okay, I may have gotten a bit teary at this π₯Ή
Every now and then someone tags me in a local group when another mum asks for lymphatic drainage or a massage, and it makes my whole day.
Word of mouth is how most of my lovely clients find me, and I don't take it lightly.
Thank you to everyone who has recommended me, sent a friend my way or come back again and again. It means more than you know π©·πβ₯οΈ
If you've been thinking about booking in, I'd love to see you. Send me a msg or jump on the website.

What do remedial massage, lymphatic drainage and Raindrop have in common?
They all rely on touch... but that's where it ends π
With remedial, some people love deeper tissue work and really feeling those muscles being worked.
Lymphatic drainage uses a very gentle, light touch that stretches the skin and moves fluid toward your lymph nodes. Totally different feel, totally different purpose.
And Raindrop is different again! It works with your body's energy systems to create balance physically and emotionally. The oils (Young Living are the best!!) have been super carefully chosen to work with each of the body systems, and breathing them in on the table is just amazing.
All three have their place and all are so valuable. So what is your body needing at the moment?! Swipe through, have a think, and if you're still not sure drop me a line. Happy to chat it through ππ©·

I'm coming down from the high of the Altitude Awards and it's that time again. Holidays! But no rest for the wicked... I have just started 2 new college subjects as well... I am working through this week, however have taken Thursday off to spend some time with the kids (the one/a who actually want to be around me - possibly 1 child). ππ©·β€οΈ
So... If you are looking for remedial massage, lymphatic drainage, raindrop or aromatherapy then I'll drop the booking link below, or reach out to me - I'm pretty nice :)
I have lots of spots open for next week and would love to see you. If you aren't sure what to book in send me a message and I'll give you a few ideas.
If you are on holidays, take it easy. Make sure you take some time to breathe and let go. Its great for your spirit.
Blessings,
Larissa

It's a big week for me :) I'm in college 2 days this week and have a practical exam for one :) eek! Sometimes life is like that right. It's like hitting the ground running. There isn't time to stop :)
When life is like this I find I need to use my oils more, make sure I'm grounding myself by walking as much as possible, eat well and try to impose a bit of self care.
β€οΈπ©·π
This makes it easier to cope - breathe and do what I need to do. Otherwise I feel like I'm in a spin and overwhelmed with just about everything. When I forget to take my phone with me to college (yep that was me today), I can turn the car around, head home without being stressed or raising my cortisol.
So far so good. It's day one of crazy and I'm doing ok ;)
If you would like a massage or some MLD this week, I have a few spots on Saturday and Wednesday. I'd love to see you.

Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is trust the whisper that says: this is not the life I was meant to live. β¨
Larissa Wright was a teacher. π Then she listened to her instincts, retrained as a massage therapist and energy healer πββοΈβ¨, and built the Wholistic Wellness Hub β all while homeschooling four children through a global pandemic! ππΆ
In our latest Bold, Brave and in Business episode, Larissa shares the real story behind her career pivot, her practical philosophy on low-tox living (start with one swap, not a complete overhaul πΏ), and the mindset shifts that kept her moving forward when life was anything but simple. π‘
She talks about giving yourself grace π€, taking the pressure off where you can, and not waiting for the perfect booking system before you begin β just start with what you have. π
It is a warm, honest, and genuinely useful conversation. We think you will love it! β€οΈ
