Our policy has been changed for booked appointments. We will ask for a card to be left on file when you book an appointment through us as we have been getting a lot of last minute cancellations and no shows. We will charging 50% of your service price for no shows and cancellations due to us losing customers that we could be taking other bookings for that time.
