It’s good to be back! 🩷🩷 Here’s a few updates for the new year:

-Policy Update
I have updated my business policies, see slide #2. Please be sure to familiarise yourself with the new policies before booking your next appointment. All clients follow the same policies, which are very common and normal across a lot of different industries. I understand some life situations cannot be avoided so I will always try my best to accommodate where need be, however I also have to be strict on these policies as a sole trader to protect my business and income. Communication is key! Send me a message to cancel or do so online to avoid any fees. I very rarely have to enforce these policies, so thank you for being the best clients 🫶🏼

-Eyelash Extensions
New clients are welcome for Classic Eyelash Extensions only, I am happy to recommend other lash techs if you are wanting hybrid or volume. My books these days are filled with Deluxe Lash Lifts and brow services which I love and wish to mostly focus on 🫶🏼

-Business Hours
See slide #4 for my business hours. Please note a boundary I have set for myself this year is to actually “switch off” in my free time. So please respect that messages will only be responded to during business hours, I will always try to get back to you as fast as I can within business hours 🫶🏼

Hello 2025!! 🎉

After a crazy 2024 and busy pre Christmas period I am currently still on leave until the 15th of January. I am taking this time to fully switch off and reset for another amazing year ahead! Messages won’t be responded to during this time, new appointments can be made online at anytime. Also any changes that you may need to make can simply be made online also!

Just a few friendly reminders for the rest of the year.. 🎅🏼🎄

* Bookings can easily be made or changed online 24/7👌🏼

* If you are making changes within the 48 hour period- you will have to message me to do so. I will try my best to get back to you asap during business hours

* Cancellations made WITHIN 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% late cancellation fee ❌

* Reminders are sent via email at the 48 hour mark, as well as via text at the 24 hour mark before appointments

* Please check your bookings to be sure they still suit your schedule to avoid any late cancellation fees

* I’m currently not taking new clients for eyelash extensions during this time… my room gets very hot during summer (if you know, you know! 🥵)…however I am still welcoming new clients for lash lifts and brow services 🫶🏼🫶🏼
