Reflecting on the brilliant, connection filled weekend at the Mind Heart Connect conference in Melbourne. Thank you to everyone who came to my stall, for your support and wonderful chats! So good to reconnect and to make new connections.

Heart felt thanks Kate Helder, Co Creator, organiser extraordinaire and speaker .. it was such an honour to share a little botanical inspiration and to dream in the mist blend .. CREATE .. to energetically support the theme for this event.

The essences that showed up for this powerful blend included Palo Santo - deeply purifying and cleansing, Lemongrass - opening the heart to possibilities, Rosemary and Peppermint - encouraging clarity and awakening, and Turkey Bush essence to inspire creative flow.

There were incredible speakers, diving deep .. We learnt the latest in world leading EFT/tapping research, energy medicine, hypnosis, the therapeutic use of psychedelics and more! We were treated to sound healing, deep meditation, belly laughs and endless conversation.

So many hearts sending ripples of calm, inspiration and healing into the world .. using practices that share and draw upon ancient wisdom.

The peace building work of the MHC Foundation is growing in its reach and impact and is evidence that everything is possible when we create from the heart. ♡︎

Here in the Southern Hemisphere it’s time to transition out of restorative, inward focused winter energy into the optimistic energy of spring. On our recent blog, yes it has been a little while! .. we share some tips for clearing out stagnant energy and aligning with the energy of spring. As the days start to get longer we are likely to follow Mother Nature and naturally lighten our energy field.

Connecting with nature is a way of creating more focus and flow as it strengthens the connection we have with ourselves. Restoring harmony within has the effect of raising our energetic vibration, meaning we feel lighter happier and more at ease.

I love a collaborative way of being and the feeling of community and togetherness. I shared a little while ago the excitement of being a part of a new, holistic and sustainable activewear brand Inu Collective and to be sharing the journey with my dear friend , supported by our talented friend Kristin .

We are getting closer to our official Inu8 launch and this month on the journal we share some of our favourite ways to bring balance to an active lifestyle (featuring as part of it, our Combardis Peaceful Sleep Mist). It seems the perfect month given August is the 8th month, and the number 8 represents perfect balance .. the 8 on its side is of course the infinity symbol .. energy flowing in and out of centre.

For me, the most important element in any endeavour I’m involved in is that my values are in action, that together we share joy, and that there is the opportunity to make someone’s life a little better.

I was prompted today, thank you .lax_remade, to share with you the energy of Present Moment Mist …. Slowing down and being grounded in the here and now will help us all to be in flow with the winter solstice energy.
