Sanctuary Yoga Hunter Valley

As the days become warmer and brighter, it’s the perfect time to step outside, slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Come and join us for our beautiful outdoor Yin Yoga classes, where we’ll breathe, stretch, release tension and enjoy the fresh spring air. 🧘‍♀️☀️

A little time for yourself, surrounded by nature — the perfect way to welcome spring. 💚

I’d love to see you on the mat! 🌸

Time to turn off that fight-or-flight response in the body? The practice of Yin allows the body and mind to release any held tension, even that which we may have been unaware of. Enjoy the beauty of this practice and these surroundings, Thursdays, 9:30am 💚
