- By Lisa ships Australia wide
- International shipping is possible but will be an additional cost to customer
- By Lisa is not responsible for packages once the package has been scanned into the courier’s system. Replacement sets will not be issued if parcels are stolen or lost. DISCLAIMER:
- All designs are hand painted and as a result, designs may vary slightly from set to set and from reference photos
- Different devices may slightly distort the lighting and colour of the photos/nail colours
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
- Sizing is the responsibility of the customer. No refunds, replacements or exchanges will be offered due to incorrect sizing. Be sure to measure your nails correctly or purchase a Sizing Kit
- For hygiene purposes, returns and exchanges will not be accepted
- Once orders have been processed, cancellations will not be permitted after 12hrs or once the design process has started
