Frequencies that I work with:

144 MHz

Known as the Sacred Cubit, this is the ultimate harmoniser. It has a powerful effect on both water and the physical body. This cubit measurement is found within the Great Pyramids, and the synchronicities surrounding it are deeply connected to Ancient Egypt. It is the most grounding frequency of them all.

177 MHz

Known as the Lost Cubit, this frequency works primarily with the emotional body and the etheric body, helping to restore harmony and balance.

🪾 Why Grounding Matters More Than Ever 🪵

Since I started my plant alchemy journey, there has been one question that has followed me to almost every market, festival, and event:

"Do you have something for grounding?"

The more I listened, the more I realised how deeply relevant grounding has become in the world we live in today.

Our nervous systems are continually challenged by increasing stimulation, constant information, and the demands of modern life. At the same time, many people are moving through profound periods of healing. Old wounds, unresolved emotions, and unconscious patterns are rising to the surface, seeking acknowledgement, integration, and transformation.

While this process can be deeply meaningful, it can also leave us feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves.

Grounding is the practice of returning home.

It is the act of reconnecting with the body, the Earth, and the present moment. It helps us establish a stable foundation from which healing can unfold with greater balance and resilience.

This understanding inspired the creation of Grounding Honeyssence.

Plant-alchemised under the influences of Saturn and Venus, this preparation weaves together pure Australian raw honey with Patchouli, Valerian, Myrrh, and Codonopsis. Saturn brings structure, stability, boundaries, and connection to the Earth, while Venus contributes harmony, nourishment, and restoration of balance. Together, they support the alchemical movement from dispersion toward integration.
