The Young Athletes Program is my live workshop. For athletes out of home and cooking for themselves, I come to you and demonstrate how to prepare healthy meals that are easy and practical.
In the two hour workshop I provide the food and everyone gets involved to build confidence to prepare nutritious food. Maximum 5 persons per workshop for a more personal learning experience. This is the perfect supplement to enhance you sporting career.
