Vegetable: good question for everyone. Someone loves it someone hate this. But the colour of the vegetable is so beautiful.
We should eat 500g of vegetables a day. Yes, whether it sounds strong, but if we just break it down into 3 meals during the day, it's not so much. Most importantly, we don't just have to eat raw vegetables, as everyone thinks. We can make a healthy delicious meal. E.g. soups, pies, healthy toasts.
