My favorite way to use the AMEX credit is booking a really nice hotel (for free) and then using all of the perks. I consider it a win if I eat as much gluten free food as possible lol. Room service dinner was good but breakfast may have been my favorite!
Comment “platinum” and I’ll send you the card I have!

gluten free in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 🇻🇳🫶
We spent a week in the city and explored A LOT! It was our second time there so we revisited some favorite spots but also found new things to do and places to eat!
Comment “HCMC” and I’ll send you the full vlog I made while we were there!

We flew business class and it was awesome!! KJ booked these tickets with points and we flew from Johannesburg-Dubai-Chicago at the end of our honeymoon and it was the perfect way to finish a dream trip.
Since I have celiac disease, I ordered a gluten free meal ahead of time and was served a few meals during this long flight. It was solid for plane food and the staff confirmed it was gluten free! I also noted an “allergy” when ordering my drink too!

Dream hotel stay: honeymoon edition 🍯🌕
Reminiscing because our dream honeymoon was a year ago and it was absolutely perfect. We stayed in an overwater bungalow at the and it was amazing! We soaked in the beautiful views all week (see the water color in slide 4!!) and ate some amazing gluten free food.

Save this for your next trip! gluten free Madrid was a dream come true! Sadly we only had a day to enjoy the city and didn’t get to try everything but these spots were amazing and really highlighted what Madrid is all about! There are soooo many dedicated GF restaurants and then restaurants that have celiac safe options.
Madrid should be on everyone’s gluten free bucket list!

I got to tour Toni’s facility to see their cleaning protocols and try some amazing GF cookies! My favorite flavor is probably still lemon, but the NEW variety pack is incredibly exciting to try ALL of the flavors. It’s so fun being included and not missing out on anything just because we’re gluten free!

Traveling far and wide for the best gluten free food! Swipe for more details ➡️
New Zealand 🇳🇿 an English speaking country with a pretty widespread knowledge of celiac disease and good allergen labeling laws
Portugal 🇵🇹 a popular tourist destination for a good reason and the main cities (especially Lisbon) have so many dedicated gluten free restaurants
Greece 🇬🇷 such a gorgeous country with lots of naturally gluten free options and dedicated GF restaurants in Athens where you can get gluten free gyros!
Thailand 🇹🇭 we spent a month traveling around the country and the major cities had more options (especially Chiang Mai) but I had some difficulty in more remote places including a gluten exposure
Cambodia 🇰🇭 definitely more “off the beaten path” and we loved our time in Siam Reap and found one 100% GF restaurant. We also got to meet these hero rats that save so many lives by locating land mines to help clear the land.
