Australia ๐ฆ๐บ English speaking country with a widespread knowledge of celiac disease compared to other countries and great allergen labeling laws
Spain ๐ช๐ธ has some major cities with a lot of gluten-free options, including the most dedicated gluten-free options Iโve ever seen in one place and absolutely delicious foods
Latvia ๐ฑ๐ป this is an underrated country in my opinion, and the capital of Riga has some of the best gluten-free bread Iโve ever tasted at a dedicated gluten-free restaurant
Iceland ๐ฎ๐ธ a spread out and generally remote country where I found at least one restaurant in every town we stayed in that had gluten-free offerings and surprisingly a lot of dedicated fryers
Laos ๐ฑ๐ฆ we had a very unique stay in Luang Prabang where we enjoyed the beautiful and relatively remote city while finding some delicious gluten-free offerings which were harder to come by
Taiwan ๐น๐ผ we stayed in Taipei due to the lack of knowledge and awareness of celiac disease and the city was super cool, but only had a few safe restaurants and a lot of them were vegan

My dream date is being able to eat everything my husband can ๐ thankfully I could try a bite of every meal and dessert on the
Riga is such an underrated city! ๐ฑ๐ป (ad) We stayed for a few nights and we already want to go back. Here were some of our favorite eats and sights:

Eats: (gluten free of course)
๐ - Panorama Restaurant for breakfast and a romantic dinner! The braised beef cheeks were incredible.
๐ - (100% GF) dedicated gluten free bakery with delicious goods.
๐.raw - (100% GF) dedicated GF restaurant with healthy bowls.
๐.canes - Almost all of the main dishes could be made gluten free, but we loved the pork ribs. The outdoor seating was perfectly matched with an Aperol spritz!
๐.coffee - great coffee spot with gluten free and vegan pastries. The โtwixโ bar was so good.
