Sometimes the best thing you can do for your skin is… less.

When your skin is dry, irritated, inflamed or your barrier is compromised, adding more actives and treatments isn’t always the answer.

Sometimes we need to strip things right back gentle cleansing, hydration, barrier support, SPF and giving the skin time to settle.
And if something doesn’t look or feel right? We don’t treat over it. We figure out what’s going on first.

I’m a big believer that good skin treatments aren’t about doing more for the sake of it. Knowing when not to treat is just as important.

One of the reasons I love this industry is that there is rarely a one size fits all answer.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do isn’t adding another treatment it’s taking a step back and looking at what’s actually causing the concern in the first place.

I think social media has made us believe there’s always a quick fix, but the best results I’ve seen have almost always come from having a plan, being consistent and focusing on the right things at the right time.

That’s why consultations are so important.
Not because everyone needs more treatments, but because everyone deserves a treatment plan that’s tailored to them.

For some people, anti-wrinkle treatment is a great option.
For others, the best place to start is somewhere completely different.

The goal should never be to do more.
